General Returns

A 14-day money-back guarantee applies. All carriage costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Contact must be made within 14 working days of receipt of goods to discuss the issue and return mode. Responsibility for goods lost in transit lies with the customer. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Upon inspection, a refund will be issued if the goods are in good condition.

Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods

Upon receipt, goods will be inspected for damage or fault. If the fault is agreed upon, the full cost, including prior agreed carriage, will be refunded or the product will be replaced. If there is a disagreement on the fault, only the cost of the goods (if undamaged) will be refunded.
